2 Position One in London and One i Singapore - Sales Director - Crypto Exchanges- Lead the Singapore/London sales team for a PE-funded and family-office-backed London-based connectivity solution to the global crypto exchanges. Total compensation, if meeting quota, $500k+ USD.

Founded in 2018, and funded by Private Equity and a family office, the firm provides state-of-art cloud technologies that enables financial institutions, neo-banks, and corporations to access the crypto market securely, quickly and efficiently.
The Position
Contribute to the lead generation, marketing and analytical requirements of the Singapore/London offices whilst working closely with the Product Team.
Responsibilities
Meet contract value revenue and professional services revenue value by generating repeatable success by working with the pre-sales team to generate sales leads, marketing team to properly position the solution, build and manage Channel Partners, coordinate with professional services teams to assist with the sales process, provide guidance to product development to meet customer and regulatory requirements, act as an ambassador at conferences and monitor customer satisfaction to ensure service delivery
Requirements
5+ years of selling to Fintech, Challenger, Neo or Payment sectors; Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies and understanding of compliance related to regulations, policies and procedures. Examples of meeting and beating revenue targets by managing Channel Partnerships and other sources of revenue. High ethical standards by demonstrating honesty, integrity and fairness and enhancing the reputation of the firm.
