Partnering With Clients' Hiring Plans
Many current long-time clients share projected hiring plans with us at the beginning and during the year. We can then do pre-recruiting, and have a head start when the time to hire comes. This can be a win-win.
The advantages are:
increase the candidate pool from which you can choose,
decrease the time it takes to get a placement on board
feedback on market compensation for the positions (and anything else clients' have an interest in), and
targeting firms clients want to recruit from or do research on.
