Overview
We are conducting a retained search for the position of Chief Operating Officer at a private family trust with assets exceeding $100 billion, which serves a multi-generational, family-led organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the President to coplete the initial set-up and to direct both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
Oversee the daily operations and administration of the trust.
Act as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
Exhibit a commitment to serving the family and staff with respect and care, while exceeding expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of ten years of experience in leading a private family trust is required.
Juris Doctor (JD), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Certified Trust and/or Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) professional certification are highly preferred.
The ability to work primarily onsite is essential, although a hybrid schedule may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Compensation
